I stand with Ruby Franke against her being sentenced to a long prison sentence

Ruby Franke should NOT go to prison for life if she is convicted of the charges. 

She should get a few years and then some time with supervised parole/probation and be forced to register as a sex offender if convicted but anything more than that, and especially if she gets life in prison is cruel, sexist, unusual punishment and disproportionate punishment by reactionary monsters. 

It would be a legal injustice to sentence her to life or for decades in prison for this. Why would ADAs, and the FBI etc throw away the rest of someones life for what she is charged with? That is making her out to be a piece of trash you just throw away.  That is not humane or human. It is anti human and part of the evil rotten sexist, racially bigoted, etc criminal justice system we have

There is no compassion in our legal system if Ruby Franke is sentenced to life in prison or decades in prison. The DAs and their keystone corrupt cops love putting away people for life or near life . They do so for fame, to satisfy some perverse sick fetish, to look tough on crime but they are nothing but pussies if they do so in Ruby's case

To take away her whole life for these charges is almost as bad as what she did to her kids

Our country has to show compassion for people like Ruby. Instead I saw she was dehumanized by the police and FBI, where is our police reform? 

Moreover, Ruby should have been allowed to get out on bond.  Where are the bail reform activists here? I know because she is white they ditch her. But she is a woman too, and thus a persecuted minority

After 2020 all of the promsies made for empyting the prisons and lighter sentencing will be proven to be a bold faced lie if Ruby Franke 

If Ruby Franke is sentenced to life in prison or if she is sentenced to more than 20 years in prison, I will find a way to break her out of prison in 2 years and I will help her flee the US to live somewhere that won't extradite her. 

As it is if Ruby is sentenced for more than 14 years, I will devote my life to getting her released after 5 years or 8 years. If I have to use blackmail, bribery, loopholes to do so I will. 

If these butthead DAs and Judges who push for harsh sentences against people like Ruby want to be tough on crime then stop the crime crisis plauging our country and give long sentences to people like that monster Michigan girl who got barely any prison time for killing for her father not too long ago. Ruby did not kill anyone, it is a travesty of justice for her to spend decades in prison. Our society can't find a way to help people like Ruby so these cold hearted monster DAs and judges just throw them away like they are animals thrown in the pound
