Good riddance right wing reactionary, US puppet Juan Guadido we never knew thee (work in progress)
I have and will continue to recognize fellow leftist Nicholas Maduro as President of Venezuela.
I agree with Anya Parampil in her views on Venezuela in this video below:
While Juan Guadido is a right winger and I sort of feel sorry for and at times align with right wingers, the fact that Juan Guadido is clearly a neocon US puppet makes me glad he is gone and glad I never recognized him as President of Venezuela.
If the US conquered Venezuela making it our 51st state that would be better than them planting color revolutions and coups (like in Venezuala with the US couping Juan over Nicholas Maduro)
I agree with Glenn Greenwald in this Tweet responding to Antony Blinken still calling Juan Guadido 'interm President' of Venezuela (well the US coup down there failed so they have pretend they didn't fail hence why they labeled Juan 'interm President':
LOL. They're still doing the thing about "President Juan Guaido."
When they traveled to Caracas to beg the Venezuelans to sell more oil despite the suffocating US sanctions, they for some reason pleaded with someone named "Nicolas Maduro" rather than President Guaido.
Quote (cringe alert barrrrffffff):
Secretary Antony Blinken
@SecBlinken
Jun 12, 2022
For the second time in as many weeks, Interim President @jguaido was attacked in Venezuela. The United States is deeply concerned and condemns these escalating acts of violence, harassment, and intimidation against Interim President Guaidó and all those who stand for democracy.
See how the Lib 2.0er Neoliberal Conservative dolts like Antony Blinken throw around the term 'democracy', like they do with the words 'woke', 'white supremacy' ,'inclusive', 'equity', etc? What Blinken describes, if it were true sounds like mob rule, something that is associated with 'democracy', just look at the US for more on such 'democracy' in play regardless who is in power
Ok they don't hold free elections so Venezuela is not a democracy going by the book. But the US is a 2 party/uniparty, neoliberal neocon totalitarian state since there is not even a third party
n case you missed it, here was Venezuela's "Interim President Juan Guaido" being greeted by his peoples who adore him, at a restaurant in San Carlos yesterday (Guaido claims these were loyalists to H Chavez/N Maduro).
Maybe this isn't for the US to decide?
https://twitter.com/ErikaOSanoja/status/1535690809802096641 (cancelled and thus silenced by the Neoliberal, Neocon orwellian cult machine also known as the US government)
Well maybe if those people who adore and greeted Juan Guadido are really loyalists to Hugo Chavez and Nicholas Maduro, maybe that means Juan Guadido is also a loyalist to Hugo Chavez and Nicholas Maduro and if that is true, I now support Juan Guadido for some high position within Nicholas Maduro's cabinet
The power of the US to impose "presidents" on other countries who have never received a single vote isn't necessarily fully over, but it's rapidly waning. The "interim President of Bolivia" cheered by Mike Pompeo after the 2019 coup is now here: (I won't link the video since that woman is nothing but deputy dog catcher in Bolivia)

My reply to this article https://jacobin.com/2020/02/venezuela-nicolas-maduro-imperialism-authoritarianism, can be addressed with this bolded line of thinking:
"While I am pro LGBTQ, I feel that LGBTQ rights are used by neoliberals and neocons to justify the US and NATO’s imperialism and those neoliberals and neocons are wrong to do that. Imperialism is wrong
For example, Zionists and neoliberals and neocons criticize Palestine for being ‘homophobic’ and for their non gay friendly laws. The neoliberals and neocons use that to justify helping he occupiers (Israel) to oppress (ymmv) the Palestinians. I sort of echo this article
There is no liberation without LGBTQ liberation. However, neoliberals forcing pro LGBTQ policies on homophobic countries is bad because it will make the LGBTQ movement be associated with western imperialism.
This will be counterproductive and cause anti LGBTQ sentiment due to the LGBTQ movement wrongly being associated with Imperialism. This will basically violate the West’s do no harm principal in ways the West never imagined in the global south.
Let’s hope the US adheres to a strict Do no harm principle so maybe this US LGBTQ imperialism won’t backfire on LGBTQ people and won’t be so blatant
Instead we (the left) should work with our global south allies while accepting they might be homophobic at times.
We can point out to those homophobes it is wrong to be homophobic in our spaces, but we can’t and should not force them to be better while we do show them that we ( the left) will work with them to fight imperialism and that we accept the LGBTQ community etc "
Nicholas Maduro is going woke yes, which is cringe. But maybe wokeness can help Maduro be less authoritarian and more pro democratic and if so I welcome that change in him.
How ironic that I rip into China today despite me being being a fair weather tankie in regards to them most of the time and then hours later I try to humanize Nicholas Maduro who China is RIGHTFULLY seeking deeper ties with . Politics is freaking weird
I will say the following, I am against the woke Democrats and Left Neolibs embracing Nicholas Maduro since they will only do so for sinister reasons to own the right wing and centrists in the US. So it is tempting for me to ditch Nicholas Maduro for him faslely being seen as a fellow Lib 2.0er by said Democrats . If I do ditch Nicky I form temporary fanboy alignments not with Juan Guadio but with Venezuela politicans from the Republican Bicentennial Vanguard or Juan Carlos Alvarado
