Jesus Ayala, 17, and Jzamir Keys, 16 are thugs for wrongly intentionally killing that retired cop on his bike. They should be put in prison for at least 12 years and then given 25 years of parole. 

They killed an innocent person and did so in a barbaric way, then these hooligans mocked and disrespected his family in court and so they need to pay for what they did via prison.
