I am fine with remote and hybrid working during pandemics but when pandemics don't happen then NO
For remote work capable companies to go back to late 2010s level of in person work, the best way to do so to literally force these lazy slackers back to the office is for said companies to offer every remote or hybrid worker at such types of companies 3 times more or 5 times more or 7 times more of a monthly salary and other incentives to work at least 4 days in person. This way we can kill this disgusting evil bourgeois, neoliberal, fascist remote work/hybrid work trend. NO NEW NORMAL, other than that.
You see, its only the bourgeois and filthy rich aristocrat classes (i.e the P.M.C classes) that have the luxury of slacking off and being lazy and working remotely or hybridly. The overwhelming amount of other workers in the US (like 70 to 80+ percent) don't have the luxury since they are normies and work in person at least 4 days a week like people are supposed to work. I cannot wait to abolish classes to reign in a classless society because I will look forward most to abolishing the P.M.C classes such as the remote work and hybrid work classes. These rich mother f**** will learn what it feels like to work 4 days a week in person and to stop being the lazy fucks they are
Over 70 or 80 percent of American, Canadian and Australia employees work in person at least 4 days a week . This is because over three fourths of those countries' employees work in the service industry where remote work and hybrid work will NEVER become a thing (well at least when there isn't a pandemic going on)
I am against people using the following holidays as an excuse to take off work or to work remotely from home: Valentines Day, 2 weekdays surrounding the Super Bowl, St Patricks Day, April Fools Day, Opening Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween
I am absolutely against remote work except in cases where a person is sick or they have a personal/family emergency or are beraved (possibly) or if a female worker is pregnant (in these cases I am fine with remote work). I support Kentucky banning remote work for state employees but I think there should be an amendment with my exceptions in it
If so called employers are too lazy and pigheaded to go to work in person (especially for 3 or more days a week) then they should be fired and replaced with less affluent people who actually need to work and would be so grateful to have a job they'd jump at the chance to work in person 3 or more days a week like 90 percent of the Western world currently does (ya know like NORMIES do)

The only hybrid work I support is 3 or 4 in person days in office. I am absolutely against hybrid work requiring only 1 or 2 days a week in person.
I am going to literally force all jobs in Europe, Canada, the US and Australia that have hybrid work to force them to require at least 3 in person days in office, if not I will seek to get their companies shut down forever.
If people who do hybrid work are so lazy they can't even go into the office in person 3 days a week then they should just quit and be antiwork, or start up a home business etc.

Remote work except as mentioned above is going to destroy the economy and create a new normal and make the pandemic effects (mental and material) linger more and more, never allowing our economy, businesses or ourselves to recover and move on from it.
It is sick and twisted, it's like they want to force us to keep reliving 2020-2022 for the rest of our lives. I cannot wait to die and finally get away from this new world. God do I miss the 2010s, to think in 2019 was the last normal year of my life. I feel like killing myself just to relive my life over to be out of this new normal.
If workers won’t go back to the office when requested, they should be replaced. These lazy bums . Sorry if I have proof that if the pandemic never happened this remote work/hybrid work trend would have been as widespread as it is in our timeline, then I will do a 360 on this view and lean light wary support for remote work and generous hybrid work, but until I get such proof I am anti remote work and anti generous hybrid work.
I am just asking that our country does as little remote work/hybrid work now and in the future as we would have now and in the future if the pandemic never happened
There was none of this lazy, selfish 'work life balance' hybrid trash or remote work garbage before the pandemic. We have a whole bunch of young people who are too lazy to either work or to work in person. To think all of our hard working parents, grandparents, etc worked hard

Productivity is way down since people WFH. Certain jobs such as code monkeys, you might get away with it from WFH. But everyone else needs to be back in the office.
It's better for the employee to WFH, I get it. So I don't blame them for the resistance.
If you can do your job from home (like via remote work), it can be done from India or any other country outside the US on the cheap.
Meaning that eventually companies are going to catch on and just go on to use remote work to offshore jobs to people in other countries like in India like they have done and continue to do with IT a lot. I am against HSN/QVC having their vendors using skype to do their segment on HSN/QVC virtually. If they can't be at HSN/QVC studios in person then they should do what they did before 2020 and just cancel and reschedule it for the future and allow some other vendor who is willing to do their segment on HSN/QVC in person to do so in their place
For 3 years during the pandemic, HSN/QVC kept vendors away in person and had them sell their products on HSN/QVC via Skype from afar. To have them to continue to do so is wrong, and triggers many people who see such skype vendoring on HSN/QVC as the new normal and a reminder of the hardline restrictions during the pandemic .
I am going to each day hack into Skype and HSN/QVC computer databases and shut down every one of their segments where the vendor is selling their product from afar via Skype. If i do this enough HSN/QVC will go back to having as much in person vendors as they did in 2019 which is what I want.
BTW HSN/QVC are run by people with serious mental problems and have people on their networks who deserve to be locked away in INSANE ASYLUMs for decades not paraded around on tv. HSN/QVC sells Christmas products in July, September-early January . This is good because i feel Christmas should be done most of the year if not year round so when November hits, it being the Christmas season won't take us by storm each year.
