I am against removing the terms husband and wife from anywhere that those terms are used now so I oppose this bill and I hope that the House GOP stops this bill from passing

I can understand her wanting to pass this bill due to what she wrote above but I still oppose it

Husband and Wife are timeless, positive terms that go back thousands of years. To change those terms to appease LGBTQ couples is wrong.  Queer people wanted the right to marry and we gave them that right but for them to now cause the terms husband and wife to be removed is wrong and is gives anti gay Conservatives slippery slope fears legitimacy.

There is nothing offensive or wrong about the terms Husband and Wife and they should always be used officially and everywhere they have been used.
