As Social Democracy (like in the Nordic countries for example) is a middle ground between left wing Communism and right wing Capitalism , a middle point between laissez faire capitalism and communism . 

The initial goal of the original Social Democrats was to slowly reform right wing Capitalism to the point that it is replaced (painlessly) by left wing Communism but since then Social Democracy only wants to reform and fix right wing Capitalism without replacing it

Similarly Left-Liberal Commuhegmony (i.e LLibComm/NeoLeftLib) 

is a middle ground between right-wingish Communism ideology and left wing Capitalistic ideology. The initial goal of Left-Liberal Commuhegmony was to slowly reform right-wingish Communism ideology to the point that it is replaced (painlessly) by left wing Capitalistic ideology but since then Left-Liberal Commuhegmony only wants to reform and fix right-wingish Communism ideology without replacing it

Left-Liberal Commuhegmony replaces the right wing Capitalism in Social Democracy's political spectrum with right wingish Communism. Left-Liberal Commuhegmony replaces the left wing Communism in Social Democracy's political spectrum with left wing Capitalistic ideology . This Left-Liberal Commuhegmony is an inverted Social Democracy ideology
