This form of Third Way below is based on a political spectrum where Democratic Party/Leftish economic policies that seem regressive or crypto conservative/right wing (like center left Reaganomics, AOC's Yimbyism, James Clyburg esque opposition to free college etc) replace the actual economic conservatism within Third Way 

This form of Third way below is also based on a political spectrum where actual leftish cultural ideologies by actual leftish or lean leftist conservatives (like Bull Moose Progressivism, Pre party switch Republicans and Radical Republicans of the 19th century), non US republicanism (as in left wing Europe ideology like Podemos) or the cultural views of the ideologies in this link (which includes their economic progressive/economic leftish views being fused into their circa centrist/culturally variable views) replace the cultural leftishism within Third Way, thus making this an inverted Third Way. I call this inverted Third way III Othersidway:
