National Missionism where a country's aims very well could be viewed as seemingly bringing its light to other, less fortunate people that, for reasons we don't know, have miraculously been left by the past without a national mission. As long as this ideology does not develop into cultural egoism and stayed in the particularly vague sphere of national or even nationalistic pride, it would commonly result in a strong feel of responsibility for less fortunate peoples' welfare
